Cases 4 Care x Gaia

GAIA is working in partnership with Cases 4 Care. Bantar Gebang, Southeast Asia's largest landfill site, is the material source for all fashion pieces created by GAIA to advocate for a Reduce Reuse and Recycle cause. Cases4Care and GAIA feel strongly about the health of our planet, therefore have formed this collaboration on the grounds of helping each other create an impact and make a change.

Bantar Gebang Conditions

The Cases 4 Care Team has seen the mountains of rubbish dumped in Bantar Gebang. This first-hand experience opened our eyes and made us realize small contributions such as beach clean-ups and recycling trash cans around the city are not enough. We needed to advocate for change. Fast.

Trash Collection

The Cases 4 Care and GAIA Team took a trip to Bantar Gebang alongside recycling collectors. We separated the recyclable rubbish from the mountains of trash and passed it on to a recycling company to clean and sterilize for the Volume 1 GAIA Exhibition.
